Loving Your Body Post-Baby Mondays, 9:30 p.m. EST/ 6:30 p.m. PST Our modern culture generally expects women to “snap back” after childbirth. This puts undue pressure on mothers when we are already struggling to make sense of our new lives and can even lead to disordered eating and exercise patterns. Let’s learn to love and nourish our bodies through healthy habits, self-care and supporting one another as we navigate the ways our bodies have changed by bringing life into the world. This group is led by Diana Rice, a dietitian and mom of two who herself slowly came to terms with not “snapping back” over her past three years of motherhood.

Eating Healthy with Food Allergies and Sensitivities Wednesdays at 8:30 p.m. EST/ 5:30 p.m. PST This group is led by dietitian mom Megan Lott, who is no stranger to food allergies and sensitivities. She shares, “Having food allergies as an adult is tough enough, but discovering your defenseless little baby or toddler has them too can just feel terrifying and overwhelming! Fortunately, experience has taught me that you can not only survive, but find lots of yummy things to cook for the family and snacks to take along for the road. I have celiac disease (i.e., no gluten for me) and a tree nut allergy, and my little guy (2-years-old) is allergic to peanuts, dairy, and eggs, and he doesn’t tolerate soy very well at all, so our house is about as allergen free as one can possibly get. And, guess what, it takes more planning and lots of educating others, but no one is starving around here!”

Feeding and Raising Multiples Fridays at 3:00 p.m. EST/ 12:00 p.m. PST This group is led by dietitian mom Megan Lott of a son and twin girls. Megan shares, “My husband and I went from having no kids to suddenly having two infants and not knowing what we were doing. But, thanks to many other parents of multiples, we’ve learned lots of tips and tricks along the way for successfully navigating sleep, feeding, getting out and about, and general survival. Our twins are now 5 years old and while we’re now out of those seemingly long infant/toddler days, they continue to teach us more and more every day!”
